Tracy Lempke, CICA
Tracy Lempke has been a Criminal Intelligence Analyst with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service for 14 years. Tracy began her career with NCIS in 1998 as an unpaid student intern with the Cold Case Homicide Squad for two semesters. She was soon hired full-time and assigned to NCIS Headquarters in Washington, DC in the Criminal Investigations Directorate. Following 9/11, Tracy served as the sole Criminal Intelligence Analyst for the agency for a two year period and supported criminal investigations and proactive operations worldwide. In 2005, NCIS consolidated various imbedded analytical support functions under a single division, the Directorate of Intelligence and Information Sharing. In Sept. 2007, Tracy transferred to the NCIS Carolinas Field Office located at Camp Lejeune, NC. She currently provides criminal intelligence, investigative analysis, and crime analysis support to the four NCIS offices in North and South Carolina.
Tracy holds a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University, a Masters of Forensic Science from George Washington University, and a Masters in Intelligence Studies with a concentration in Criminal Intelligence from the American Military University. Tracy is also an IALEIA Criminal Intelligence Certified Analyst and a past Secretary of the Washington, DC Chapter of IALEIA.
